I’m Tom - a London born, Yorkshire raised, currently Los Angeles based music executive.

I've led the digital line through the streaming music boom, social media's rise and an explosion of available data to the industry, building efficient, effective teams and consistently driving results across the board for a wide range of US, UK and European chart-bothering artists and campaigns, GRAMMY winners and festival headliners, as well as some of the most critically acclaimed, boundary-pushing independent artists and labels of our generation.

I have a fiercely independent mindset, which continues to form the core of my approach to work and people. Through this, I’ve earned a strong reputation as a deeply knowledgeable, personable, clear and direct digital thought leader and strategist over the last two decades, quoted in the New Statesman, Mixmag, MusicAlly, MusicTech and more on music industry matters.

I look to avoid jumping on flavour-of-the-month trends, preferring to take a considered, data-informed, results driven approach to artist and release marketing, audience building and more.
